- Event Participation
Participants agree to:

UGF reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant whose conduct is considered inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive.
- Stall Allotment (For Exhibitors)
- Stall allocation is solely at the discretion of UGF.
- Preferred stall requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.
- UGF reserves the right to modify the exhibition layout whenever necessary.
- In exceptional circumstances, UGF may relocate an exhibitor to another stall of similar category without prior notice.
- Payments
- Registration or stall booking will be confirmed only after receipt of applicable payments.
- All applicable taxes shall be payable by the participant.
- Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of registration or stall allocation.
- Cancellation & Refund
Unless otherwise specified:
- Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
- Stall booking amounts are non-refundable after confirmation.
- If an event is postponed due to circumstances beyond UGF’s control, registrations may remain valid for the rescheduled event.
- UGF reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in exceptional circumstances.
- Visitor Entry
- Entry may require valid registration or an authorized visitor badge.
- Visitors must carry valid identification if requested.
- UGF reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke entry passes at its sole discretion.
- Photography & Videography
UGF may photograph or record:
- Exhibition stalls
- Visitors
- Business meetings
- Conferences
- Product displays
- Networking sessions
Such photographs and videos may be used for:
- Website
- Social media
- Marketing campaigns
- Promotional materials

- Future event promotions
